What is your Christmas deadline?
- To increase the chances of receiving your order by Christmas, please place your order by 12 PM EST on December 14.
How does shipping work?
- We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
- Flat shipping cost is $4.99.
- Within the United States, non-apparel items such as bracelets, necklaces, toys, and rings typically take 5-10 days to arrive.
- Apparel items such as T-shirts, hoodies, and long-sleeves generally require 5-10 days for printing and handling. After that, they are shipped and delivered within 3-5 days. This means the estimated delivery time for apparel is around 10-14 days. All apparel is printed and shipped from the USA.
- Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Please note that tracking updates may take 1-2 days after shipment.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped. We cannot make changes after the order has been dispatched.
- If you do not receive your item within 14 business days from the purchase date, please feel free to contact us at support@motherproud.com to check on the status.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over $50. To qualify, your cart total must be at least $50 after discounts.
Is there a way to expedite shipping?

Where is my package, and how do I track it?
- Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
- Note: Tracking updates can sometimes take 1-3 business days. If your package appears to be in the same city for an extended time, this does not necessarily mean it's stuck. Shipping carriers update tracking at key locations, including your city.
My package is being sent to the wrong address. How can I correct it?
- Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your address before the order leaves the warehouse.
What is the standard U.S. shipping time?
- Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on product demand and seasonal factors.
My package says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
- First, contact the local courier that handled the final delivery. For U.S. orders, DHL often hands off packages to USPS for final delivery. You can find the USPS tracking number in the top right-hand section of your DHL tracking page.
- Your local courier can check if the package was mis-scanned and assist in locating it. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us for further assistance.
